These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products ("Products") from BOHAN machines Limited ("we," "us," or "our") by any individual or entity ("you" or "Customer") through our website or any authorized sales channel.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

1. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not signify acceptance of your order, but rather a confirmation that we have received it.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

• You agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the time of purchase.

• Accepted payment methods include:
  – Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  – PayPal
  – Online e transfer and other methods as indicated at checkout

Note: International orders may be subject to additional duties or taxes upon delivery. These are the buyer's responsibility.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping policies, including delivery timelines and rates, are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Return and refund requests are governed by our Return Policy.

• Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition within the specified return window and RMA.

• Certain products / Special order items (e.g., custom, perishable, or final sale items) may not be eligible for return.

5. Product Descriptions

• We strive for accuracy in product listings, but errors may occur.

• We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free or complete.

• In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and offer a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of  Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws.

9. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing legal action.

• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued purchases constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
